Banana Bread Muffins



  • 250 gr gluten free flour
  • 1 package baking powder
  • Handfull of walnuts
  • 2 bananas
  • Splash of coconut milk
  • 70 gr olive oil
  • Agave syrup (to taste)
  • Cocoa powder


  • Mash the bananas with the oil and the syrup
  • Add all other ingredients except for the cocoa powder
  • When the dough is ready, divide into two equal bowls and add the cocoa powder to one
  • Put one spoonfull of each in the muffin case
  • Bake until toothpick comes clean
  • Dig in.
