Vegan Chocolate Chip Protein Pancakes


  • Ingredients:

- 1 cup gluten free flour

-1 mashed banana

-1 tbsp vanilla

-1 tbsp baking powder

-1.5 scoop Vegan Protein Powder (I used chocolate)

-Dark chocolate chips

-Non dairy milk (amount depends on the texture)

- Dash of cinnamon

-Coconut oil

  • Method:

-Mix the banana with the non dairy milk

-Mix all dry ingredients in a bigger bowl (all other than the chocolate chips)

-Put the banana mix with the others and whisk until homogene 

-Lastly add the chocolate chips

-Cook with coconut oil until each side is golden

-Enjoy with some maple syrup🙏🏻
